MG 500 wood stove – Compact & powerful

Available in beige, red, silver, and black, the MG 500 blends into any living environment with its clear design. The large panoramic glass stylishly showcases the fire.

With 22 kW of power, it heats rooms up to 480 m³ at 78 % efficiency and only 5.8–6.1 kg of wood consumption per hour. Fireclay bricks protect the combustion chamber, while the manual air control allows for clean flames and long refueling intervals.

Thanks to its compact dimensions (58 × 50 × 91 cm), the stove also fits into smaller rooms. The combustion chamber (50 × 41 × 31 cm) accommodates thick logs, and the Ø 150 mm flue connection simplifies installation.

Heat sustainably CO₂-neutral with renewable wood and enjoy cozy warmth as well as the soothing crackle of the fire.

There is no general ban on wood stoves from 2025. The Building Energy Act (GEG) has no impact on the use of individual room heating appliances.

However, it is important to observe the transitional periods of the Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV), which end on 31.12.2024. These periods affect wood stoves that were put into operation between 1.1.1995 and 21.3.2010.

Inside, high-quality fireclay bricks ensure even temperatures and permanently protect the combustion chamber from wear. The stable steel housing with solid coating guarantees strength and robustness. The manual primary and secondary air regulation allows you precise flame control – for long, clean refueling cycles and minimal fine dust emissions.

Compact dimensions, comfortable handling

With only 58 × 50 × 91 cm, the MG 500 can also be space-savingly integrated into smaller rooms. The generous combustion chamber (50 × 41 × 31 cm) offers enough space for thick logs. The baking compartment or pizza compartment has a size of 40 x 41 x 16.5cm.

An ergonomically shaped handle and the easily accessible air flap make refueling a breeze. The Ø 150 mm flue pipe connection fits standard chimney connections and facilitates installation.
